He is also an accountant, by profession, and the Founder and Managing Director of Joshua Omolo & Associates Limited (JO&AL-Knowledge Experts), which is a consultancy firm that offers research and business development services. Mr. Omolo can use his initiative and work in a team. In addition, he has proven leadership skills, including motivating other staff members to achieve organizational objectives. Moreover, he is an expert in preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement and provide market insights and strategic advice. Mr. Omolo also has good problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Furthermore, he has training in Statistical Software, such as SPSS and R, and e-government ICT Skills for GoK/World Bank-Funded Project Accountants.
