JO&AL-Knowledge Experts has received over 5,000 applications for research services over the last 3 years. Most of these applications revolve around training, such as academic and article writing, and statistical software operations, such as SPSS, STATA, R, and Minitab.

Over 1,000 clients have also applied for business and management consultancy services over the last 3 years. Most of these applications focus on business/company formation, digital marketing training, and strategic plans.

However, the company has received minimal applications for outsourced services, such as building and construction consultancy, ICT consultancy, and logistics and supply chain management consultancy.

As a result of this analysis, it is logical to focus on three areas in providing consultancy services, as of 2nd October 2023. The focus, henceforth, will be research, business consultancy, and management consultancy. This adjustment aims to increase operational efficiency and ensure our customers get the best consultancy services.
